Adjust until desired level of support is achieved. Care: Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners. Size: For left or right hand, this support is adjustable to fit most wrists. Measure around wrist. adjust to fit: 5-1/2 - 9-1/2 in (14 - 24.1 cm).
