Directions: For adults, take one (1) coated tablet daily, preferably with a meal and drink plenty of fluids. Store in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients: 1 Tablet: Iron (as Ferrous Sulfate) 65 mg; Dried Ferrous Sulfate 205 mg (Equivalent to 325 mg Liquid Ferrous Sulfate which provides 65 mg elemental Iron per tablet); Cellulose (Plant Origin); Crospovidone; Croscarmellose. Contains <2% of: Cellulose Coating; Silica; Titanium Dioxide Color; Vegetable Magnesium Stearate; Vegetable Stearic Acid

If seal under cap is damaged or missing, do not use. Keep out of reach of children. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under the age of six KEEP THIS PRODUCT OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
