Directions: Use after your normal brushing and flossing routine. Adults and children 12 years of age and older vigorously swish 20 mL of rinse (pour to indicator line on cap) twice a day for 30 seconds and then spit out. Do not swallow. Children 6 years to under 12 years of age: supervise use. Children under 6 years of age: do not use. Store bottle upright. Do not squeeze. Step 1: Remove & discard green spacer & foil seal (Not for travel). Step 2: Push down firmly with palm to fully secure spout & cup. Step 3: Pour to line on cup. Step 4: Rinse, gargle & spit out (30 sec). Not for travel after opening. Use immediately after pouring to ensure dual formula activation.
