• Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receipt.
• We do not accept items back that have been opened or used.
• We will only provide free return shipping if it is a result of our error, damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  

Step 1

If we made the product error, please call us at (701) 672-0226, or email us at  and we will send out a call tag to have the package picked up and shipped back to us at our expense. No muss, no fuss. Or, if you decide that you do not want an item, for any reason, we will refund the full cost of the item plus shipping, though you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Step 2

Please include a copy of the sales receipt sent to you with your order or from the email confirmation at time order was placed. Please contact customer service if more information is required on returning an item. Thank you.
