A natural source of vitamins A & D produced from the livers of cod fish. Standard per gram (approx. 1/5 tsp.): Vitamin A 1000 IU, vitamin D 100 IU. 100% all natural.

Directions: Adults and children 4 or more years of age: take 1 teaspoonful (5 mL) daily to provide the reference daily intake of vitamins A & D as listed in the nutrition facts table. Infants and children under 4 years of age: consult a doctor.
