Directions

1. Place surface stamped 'place this side against skin' against skin and put on wrist as shown on package. 2. Hold the narrow hook and loop section of the brace against wrist with thumb of your other hand to secure while pulling brace to attach to beige hook and loop closure. This anchors wrist brace in position. 3. Stretch wristlet as you wrap to increase support. Make final closure by attaching hook and loop closure. Adjust as necessary to desired support. Care: Hand wash in warm water with mild detergent. Air dry.
