Directions

I have taken this product for about 6 years and the results are terrific.  I had arthritis in both thumbs and trigger finger that my doctor said would need to be operated on is was so severe.  Upon taking Arthri-flex, I no longer have trigger finger and my arthritis is gone.  I have been  taking only one daily since with no re-occurence of the arthritis.  I have tried other Glucosamine Chondroitin and they did not work.  I believe it is the Chicken collagen in this product that helps.
